Refund Policy
Last updated: Effective date:
This Refund Policy applies to paid plans for the FlexibleFox Service, operated by John Brown, an individual ("FlexibleFox", "we", "us"). Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, who is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our behalf. This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service, including its disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.

30-day refund
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a refund within 30 days of the date of any payment, whether it is your first payment or a renewal. You do not need to give a reason. If your request is approved, you receive a refund of the amount paid for that payment, including applicable taxes.
We may decline or limit a refund where there is clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles on the same account, or a refund request made after extensive use of the Credits from that payment.
How to request a refund
- Go to paddle.net, Paddle's customer portal for buyers.
- Enter the email address you used for the purchase and follow the steps to request a refund for the payment you want refunded.
- If you cannot use the portal or need help, email us at JohnBrownFlex@proton.me with the email address used for the purchase and the date of the payment, and we will help you.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the money in your account. Refunds are issued in the original currency of the order. Neither we nor Paddle control currency exchange rates or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank or card issuer.
After a refund
When a payment is refunded, we cancel your paid subscription so you are not billed again, and the paid features and the Credits from that payment end. Your Account and any data in it stay available on the free tier unless you ask us to delete the Account.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time in the billing portal or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. Cancelling does not by itself refund a payment already made. To get a refund, request it as described above within the 30-day window.
Free tier
The free tier is free of charge, so there is nothing to refund.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you see an unexpected charge, please contact us at JohnBrownFlex@proton.me or reach out to Paddle at paddle.net before you file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We can usually resolve the issue faster that way. We may suspend an Account associated with a fraudulent or unwarranted payment dispute.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law, such as statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights in your country.
